2008 June new Free Software classes

Mesa Community College is offering a couple "Free Software" classes this summer. They're 8 week classes at the Business and Industry Institute. Both classes start at the beginning of June and run through the end of July.

Call the Business and Industry Institute, 480 461 6100, and ask for Jessica in order to register for classes. BII is closed Fridays during the summer, so call Monday through Thursday.

GNU/Linux Security is a hands on course investigating different security aspects of security in a GNU/Linux environment. Students will also participate in a group project in order to gain deeper understanding of a security topic of the group's choice.
